ESTIMATES & PRICING
All estimates provided are based on information supplied by the customer.
Final pricing may be adjusted after an in-person walkthrough, inspection, or review of photos.
Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, mold, clutter, or conditions not disclosed during booking

.DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved electronic payment methods, cash, and other payment options authorized by our company.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may forfeit the deposit.
Customers who fail to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may be subject to additional fees.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must provide safe access to the property.
Customers must secure pets and notify us of any hazards.
Customers are responsible for removing valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, and sensitive documents before service begins.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Any concerns or claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Elite Wizards Cleaning & Repair Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, or items that become damaged due to age or deterioration.

WARRANTIES
We strive to provide quality service and customer satisfaction.
If an area covered in the agreed scope of work was missed, customers must notify us within 24 hours so we may review the concern.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.
